Just Spas is a national retailer whose growth depends on a steady stream of qualified leads flowing to head office stores and an independent dealer network, across multiple brands, regions and channels, with no internal marketing team to drive it.

Lead flow had to come from the centre

Every store and dealer in the network depends on consistent, high-quality lead flow to convert sales and that flow has to be generated centrally.

Too many channels, no one to run them

A nationwide footprint means juggling local marketing, traditional and digital advertising, in-store collateral and dealer support materials simultaneously.

No one to own marketing internally

No in-house marketing manager or specialist marketing function within the business to plan, brief, manage and measure the work.
